+维修备件选项接口现在统计历史维修记录中各备件的使用数量，按使用频率从高到低排序；频率相同时按商品编码升序排列，保证列表稳定。
+
+统计来源为维修记录 `parts` JSON 中的商品编码和数量字段，筛选、分页仍按原有接口参数执行。
+
+验证：`php -l backend/plugin/produce/app/api/controller/DataEntryController.php` 通过。
