chore: 整理 .dockerignore 并刷新内嵌 agent 二进制

- .dockerignore: scripts 目录说明补正、去掉 docs 行的前导空格、补充 *.log/*.rar/*.zip/*.tar.gz/.breezell 排除
- agentbin: 重编后仅内嵌 git 版本戳变化，功能等价
